I took to writing when I suffered my lowest of all lows of mental illness. I don’t claim to be any good at writing but this helps me 🙂 (its the things I don’t always know how to say!)
I’d like to think I can at least show anyone suffering ill mental health that they are not alone. I’m open to any chat as well 🙂
This September I’m taking part in an online self love bootcamp over on Instagram. I intend to share my posts here- prepare for a daily post during this month as I share my experience of it!
